The search for the new Perth Stadium’s biggest fans

Nominations have now closed for Sports Fans User group, after a huge response from members of the WA community.
The project team will now commence the selection process for members of this group. It is anticipated this will take a few weeks based on the overwhelming response. The fans selected will be advised personally and the final group will be announced on the new Perth Stadium website at www.perthstadium.com.au/sportsfan.

Benefits of a new stadium
For Western Australia, the potential benefits of developing a world-class stadium are significant.
The State is a major exporter and tourist destination, and investment in this iconic facility will provide us with a high profile way to promote ourselves regionally and internationally.
The new Perth Stadium will enable Western Australia to attract a range of sporting and entertainment events and enjoy the social and economic benefits they offer.
This stadium will act as a magnet for further development of the precinct on the Burswood Peninsula. The vision is of a vibrant entertainment and sports precinct on the eastern edge of Perth, which will link to the new Riverside and Perth Waterfront developments as well as the Perth Link, the Cultural Centre, and the Perth Arena.
